Daniel Hribal
​Daniel is an expert in corporate banking and has worked in various positions in credit risk management. He specialises in restructuring and revitalising companies, turnaround management, avoiding credit risk and resolving legally complicated situations in companies.

Jan Chalupa
​Jan is a specialist in investment banking, private equity and venture capital. As well as working with TARPAN Managers, Jan is a managing partner of its sister company TARPAN Partners. Before founding the TARPAN Group, Jan worked in management positions in various financial institutions in Europe, mainly in the Czech Republic and the United Kingdom (PPF Investments and PPF Partners, Credit Suisse Life & Pensions, IPB, Česká spořitelna). His expertise includes managing companies and projects at various development phases, including restructuring and crisis management.

Roman Sevcik
​Roman specialises in performance management and project management. He focuses on projects that increase shareholder performance from acquisition objectives. He has been involved in major acquisition and restructuring transactions, especially in the furniture, banking and real estate sectors, and has led projects with long-term executive and project responsibility. In the past he has worked for Czech and international investors.

Karel Stefulik
Karel has 16 years’ experience in restructuring consultancy in Central and Eastern Europe, working for international consulting companies where he focused on restructuring companies while reviving their growth. This has included restructuring projects working for banks and debtors at Pilsen Steel, Královopolská, SES Tlmače (SK), IEG (SK) and Unior (SI). In his work he particularly focuses on interim management as part of restructuring a company.
