Jan Chalupa

Roman Sevcik
Roman specialises in performance management and project management. He focuses on projects that increase shareholder performance from acquisition objectives. He has been involved in major acquisition and restructuring transactions, especially in the furniture, banking and real estate sectors, and has led projects with long-term executive and project responsibility. In the past he has worked for Czech and international investors. |
Karel Stefulik
Karel has 16 years’ experience in restructuring consultancy in Central and Eastern Europe, working for international consulting companies where he focused on restructuring companies while reviving their growth. This has included restructuring projects working for banks and debtors at Pilsen Steel, Královopolská, SES Tlmače (SK), IEG (SK) and Unior (SI). In his work he particularly focuses on interim management as part of restructuring a company. |
