Radek Chmelik
Radek has had a long and successful career as a crisis manager and has taken part in restructuring and reorganising major projects in healthcare, industry, construction and development. He cooperates with the insolvency administrator Lee Louda and other insolvency trustees. He has been involved in the managed liquidation of several companies. |

Karel Stefulik
Karel has 16 years’ experience in restructuring consultancy in Central and Eastern Europe, working for international consulting companies where he focused on restructuring companies while reviving their growth. This has included restructuring projects working for banks and debtors at Pilsen Steel, Královopolská, SES Tlmače (SK), IEG (SK) and Unior (SI). In his work he particularly focuses on interim management as part of restructuring a company. |
Milan Svec
Milan specialises in performance management and project management, and has spent more than 17 years working on interim management, managing change, process management in crisis situations, restructuring and post-merger integration. Previously he worked on non-standard banking claims in large banks and in the non-bank financial sector. Recently he was involved in resolving a critical situation at a hospital, Nemocnice Na Homolce, and its subsidiaries. Milan formerly worked in the Česká spořitelna financial group where he managed development, restructuring and acquisition projects in a variety of fields. He has in the past been a bankruptcy administrator, and he also works on insolvency proceedings and liquidation. |
