Karel is an external partner for TARPAN Managers.
Karel has been operating in the financial world for over 17 years and has accumulated a wide range of experience that he can now apply as an investor and interim manager.
He has managed money for individual and institutional investors and worked on projects in corporate finance, as well as managing international restructuring for Central European companies and investing private money in SMEs in the world of private equity.
He has worked for international banks and consulting companies as well as smaller local companies. As an independent consultant, he manages the family money of one of the most successful Czech entrepreneurs, with whom he invests in interesting companies with a potential to earn dividends.
As part of his work as a restructuring consultant for international consulting companies, Karel gained experience with companies in Central and Eastern Europe, including Slovakia, Slovenia, Serbia and Austria. His strongest and longest-term relationships are with companies in the SME segment, where he acted as a consultant for Farma Blatiny among others, and now performs management roles for Dekstra Bus and Arotenal Plus among others.
Karel is a member of the investment committee for JIC Ventures and works with JIC in Brno as a consultant for start-ups.
